For each role, from Junior to Senior levels, we assess specific competencies that align with the responsibilities and expertise required at that level.

The typical timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the role and the specifics of your requirements. Generally, it takes about 2 to 4 weeks from the initiation of the search to the placement of a candidate. This includes time for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection.
